What reader data is collected?
Standard server logs may record IP address, request path, user agent, and timestamp. BetData SA does not ask readers for gambling account credentials or betting history.
What data is not collected?
No v1.0 page collects deposits, withdrawals, betting stakes, account IDs, ID documents, proof-of-address files, or bank statements from readers.
Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 applies to personal-information handling in South Africa.
